This was the house of a paper merchant of the Kaga domain. The pillars and beams are the ones it was built with.

We have only touched the plumbing and the lighting.

Garden

White sand, and moss.

A small garden, about ten tsubo. So as not to overwork it, the gardener comes only once a month.

At night we open the snow-viewing screens and set out a single light.
