Eligible costs

Purchase, implementation and modification of systems, digital tools and equipment that change business processes with AI, RPA, BI, ERP, CRM and similar, to raise productivity

Not covered

Website creation or redesign, subscription fees, monthly rental or lease, fees for filing the application on your behalf, in-house development, plain replacement of an existing system

Orders, contracts or payments made before the grant decision are wholly ineligible. Cannot be combined with another public subsidy. One application per property.

Starting early

Anything ordered, contracted or paid before the grant decision letter is wholly ineligible; there is no early-start provision.

How to apply

Online through the prefecture's portal or by post to the secretariat. Two or more quotations as a rule, with catalogue and implementation plan attached.

Our part under this scheme

You file the application. We prepare the quotation (and tell you when two or more are required), the catalogue, the technical part of the implementation plan, and the delivery notes and completion report the final report needs. We can introduce an administrative scrivener.
