Is there parking? What time is check-in? How do I get there from the station? The Dawnlight Hotel OS concierge answers from the property's own information, in the guest's language, immediately. Every conversation is summarised in a monthly report: how many, at what hour, in which language.

Anything that needs judgement — a change of dates, a cancellation — is handed to your staff rather than decided by the AI.

    Seven-day trial

    We issue a test account for the admin screen so you can try it with sample data.

    Requirements

    Together we settle which modules you need, the direction for the website, your room types, and whether you want online payment.

    Free subsidy consultation

    We suggest schemes that may apply. You file the application yourself; we can introduce an administrative scrivener.

    Quote and contract

    Scope, schedule and price confirmed, then the contract.

After the contract

    Website design

    Design, text and photography are refined over a few rounds. We can import the content of your current website as it is, so there is nothing new to prepare.

    Accounts on your side

    Stripe if you take online payment, connection approval in your OTA consoles, your domain.

    Configuration

    Done by us. OTA connections, rooms and rates, the website build and the AI concierge's knowledge, set up for your property.

    Migration and testing

    Your existing reservations are imported and everything is checked against how you actually operate.

    Training and go-live

    We walk your team through it online. Support continues by chat and email after launch.

A monthly fee based on room count, with optional modules added only as you need them. The full price list is in preparation — get in touch and we will send a quote for your property.

Subsidies

Part of the cost, covered by a subsidy.

We check, for free, which DX subsidies your property can use. You file the application; we prepare the quotations and technical documents it needs, and can introduce an administrative scrivener.

Frequently asked

Can we use it without being technical?

Yes. We do the setup, and day to day it is mostly checking reservations and assigning rooms.

Can we move from our current channel manager or PMS?

Yes. We import your existing reservation data and then switch over.

Do you support Rakuten Travel and Jalan?

Please ask us about domestic OTA connections.

Are subsidies available?

IT adoption and DX schemes may apply. We run our own subsidy-matching service and track the schemes as they change. Ask us whether anything fits — the consultation is free.

Which languages does it cover?

The AI concierge covers the major languages and is configured to the ones you want. The admin screen is Japanese and English.
