OTA channel management
Inventory, rates and reservations sync automatically across Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com, Rakuten Travel and Jalan. You change inventory and rates once in Dawnlight, so there is less re-typing per OTA and less risk of double bookings.

When guests search your inn's name, they won't find only OTAs. Guests who book on your own site are your guests: their contact details and how often they've stayed are kept in your admin.

Seihitsu — Serif and Deep Whitespace
Photographs run the full width with serif type set over them, and the gaps between sections are long enough that each image gets its turn. It carries a small set of pictures well, which suits an inn with one good photograph per room.

HAKU — White Field, Wide Letterspacing
Nothing but white. The type is small and widely tracked so the space around it does the work, and images are hung one at a time with room to breathe. The corollary is that photography has nowhere to hide, so this one repays a proper shoot.

Yamane — Dark Ground, Reversed Text
A dark ground with the type reversed out of it, and a strip of travel directions set immediately under the photograph, so atmosphere and practicality share a single screen. The effect is enclosing, which tends to suit somewhere cold.

Once your site is live, you can update photos, text and room rates yourself in the admin at no extra charge. For new pages or features, we'll quote first and start once you approve.
AI concierge
The AI answers your guests' questions on the spot, in their own language.
Is there parking? What time is check-in? How do I get there from the station? The Dawnlight Hotel OS concierge answers from the property's own information, in the guest's language, immediately. Every conversation is summarised in a monthly report: how many, at what hour, in which language.
Anything that needs judgement — a change of dates, a cancellation — is handed to your staff rather than decided by the AI.

Can we use it without being technical?
Yes. We do the setup together with you, and day to day it is mostly checking reservations and assigning rooms.
Can we move from our current channel manager or PMS?
Yes. We import your existing reservation data and then switch over.

Yes. Inventory and rates on Rakuten Travel and Jalan sync automatically too.
