Eligible costs

Sales-expansion projects. Website-related costs (site, booking system, efficiency software: build, update, operate) are capped at ¥300K of subsidy and must be applied for together with other costs

Not covered

Website-related costs on their own; general-purpose PCs and tablets; renewal fees for existing software; anything paid before the grant decision

Built around a business plan prepared with your local chamber of commerce. The subsidy is paid afterwards; the project deadline is 31 Mar 2028.

Starting early

Only costs incurred after the grant decision and paid within the project period qualify; even after selection you cannot contract until the decision.

How to apply

Online only (a GビズID Prime account is required). Ask your local chamber for the support-plan form (様式4) and submit it with the business plan (様式2).

Our part under this scheme

You file the application. We prepare the quotation (and tell you when two or more are required), the catalogue, the technical part of the implementation plan, and the delivery notes and completion report the final report needs. We can introduce an administrative scrivener.
