Part of the cost, covered by a subsidy.

Digital investment by accommodation businesses is often eligible for national or prefectural subsidies. We run our own subsidy-matching service for small businesses, and checking which schemes apply is free.

Three things to say up front

  1. 01

    You file the application yourself

    We do not file on your behalf. Instead we prepare what the application needs from the vendor side: quotations, catalogues and the technical part of the implementation plan. We can introduce an administrative scrivener if you want one.

  2. 02

    What is covered is usually the one-off cost

    Set-up and implementation are typically eligible; monthly fees and website production often are not. We check the boundary with you, scheme by scheme.

  3. 03

    No contract before the grant decision

    Under most schemes, anything ordered, signed or paid before the grant decision is ineligible. We plan the implementation around the subsidy calendar.

    Operators of accommodation located in Nagano Prefecture (licensed under the Hotel Business Act or registered under the Private Lodging Business Act)
    Eligible costs
    Purchase, implementation and modification of systems, digital tools and equipment that change business processes with AI, RPA, BI, ERP, CRM and similar, to raise productivity
    Not covered
    Website creation or redesign, subscription fees, monthly rental or lease, fees for filing the application on your behalf, in-house development, plain replacement of an existing system

    Orders, contracts or payments made before the grant decision are wholly ineligible. Cannot be combined with another public subsidy. One application per property.

    Small Business Sustainability Subsidy (General, Round 20)

    Small businesses; for accommodation, 20 or fewer regular employees
    Eligible costs
    Sales-expansion projects. Website-related costs (site, booking system, efficiency software: build, update, operate) are capped at ¥300K of subsidy and must be applied for together with other costs

    Website-related costs on their own; general-purpose PCs and tablets; renewal fees for existing software; anything paid before the grant decision

    Built around a business plan prepared with your local chamber of commerce. The subsidy is paid afterwards; the project deadline is 31 Mar 2028.

    Software, cloud services and hardware for data-driven digital tools. Examples: PMS, booking system, self check-in kiosk, smart locks, cashless terminals, CRM, generative AI. Subscriptions and cloud fees up to two years

    Costs before the grant decision or after the completion report; plain replacement of existing equipment; general-purpose TVs, PCs and tablets; running costs

Our track record

For Nagano Prefecture's FY2026 Accommodation DX Support Subsidy, we supported grant applications by three accommodation operators in the prefecture from the vendor side — quotations and the technical part of the implementation plan. We know the process from reading the guidelines through to the documents needed for the completion report.

    The contract is signed after the grant decision, then implementation begins.

    We prepare the delivery notes and completion documents the report needs.

Keep your current website. Add only the modules you need.

Even where website production is excluded, reservations, OTA sync, the AI concierge, self check-in and payments can qualify as system implementation. They can be added to the site you already have.
