Reception environment for foreign visitors: multilingual support (facility guides, etiquette notices, multilingual websites), cashless equipment (cards, e-money, multi-currency), public Wi-Fi, luggage storage, accessible toilets, security cameras

Anything bought or installed before the grant decision; see the application guide for the full exclusion list
One of the few schemes that covers making the official website multilingual. Reservation and check-in systems go under the Digital Shift scheme instead.

Only work started after the grant decision qualifies; anything bought or installed beforehand does not.
How to apply
By registered post or online via jGrants (GビズID Prime required). Follow the guide revised 1 Sep 2026.

You file the application. We prepare the quotation (and tell you when two or more are required), the catalogue, the technical part of the implementation plan, and the delivery notes and completion report the final report needs. We can introduce an administrative scrivener.
